Job Summary:

Edible Arrangements International, seeks a teachable, proactive, positive and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a gifting industry leader. Edible Concierge LLC is the first of its kind in the corporate gifting world. The Inside Sales Representative, Business Gifting revenue will be generated primarily via outbound phone calls. Leadership & mentoring of this Inside Sales Representative, Business Gifting will be provided by the EC Manager of Corporate Gifting. We have a development cycle designed to accelerate Inside Sales Representative, Business Gifting into Senior Sales & eventually Management positions. We provide career growth opportunities by preparing staff with further development in Sales & Service, Sales Management, & Life Skills. Inside Sales Representative, Business Gifting will receive the tools, programs & systems necessary for them to become incrEDIBLE!

Essential Function and Responsibilities:

* Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value & customer service

* Meet/exceed 50 daily B2B outbound prospecting and follow-up calls

* Track weekly sales

* Maintain computerized records of all prospects & customers, including but not limited to: new internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

* Assist with inbound calls during peak times (i.e. February, May, and December)

* Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

* Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).

* Detail oriented with a passion for precision.

* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field, preferred.

* 2+ years of Previous Customer Service/Retail/Sales experience

* Display a genuine desire to WOW people.

* Past Gifting Experience, a plus.

* Past experience in the following channels, a plus: Consumer Product Groups (CPGs), Residential & Commercial Management, Utilities & Energy Companies, Transportation & Logistics, Marketing & PR Firms, and Recruiting Firms

* Excellent communication, presentation & listening skills.

* Ability to work well with others & comfortable taking initiative.
