IBM is hiring a Global Candidate Attraction and Social Media Recruitment Leader. In this role the chosen professional will:

* Provide thought leadership for IBM's Talent Acquisition candidate attraction, branding and social recruiting strategy. The related scope encompasses all recruitment channels (i.e. Social Media, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Employee Referral, and Campus) and includes branding/marketing (digital/non-digital), content/messaging, tools/technology and market insight.

* Be responsible for IBM's employer brand and reach by strengthening presence on social media through the global/local alignment of content and messaging, distribution of creative campaigns, assets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Be responsible for IBM's virtual presences (i.e. Social Platforms, Career Destination sites, Microsites, etc) and candidate experience by effectively utilizing data to drive ongoing insights and enhancements.

* Extend the reach, adoption and efficacy of the Employee Referrals Program by engaging stakeholders, executing key campaigns and facilitating strategic insights to address current gaps and potential opportunities

* Provide consultancy to key stakeholders creating candidate attraction solutions to address key gaps and challenges in meeting business hiring needs.

* Manage the global attraction and social recruiting budget.

* Provide management and business direction to a team of direct and indirect reports across multiple geographies.

* Manage global relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality of service and return on investment.

The highest preference is for a candidate who is amenable and easily commutable to either Armonk, Somers, NYC, NY (Greater NYC), or Raleigh (RTP), NC
