We are currently hiring for a Benefits Manager better know as a Benefits Analyst Manager for our Valhalla, NY team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing data and analytics of employee benefit plans for all FUJIFILM North America region companies. Develop and continually manage data for accuracy and relevancy. Ensures compliance with ERISA and all government required testing requirements.

Some of the responsibilities are, but not limited to:

* Research best practices around Benefits data/analytics and develop recommendation.

* Develop and continually assess metrics for accuracy, ease of collection, and relevancy. Ensure metrics are delivered on time.

* Create reports in order to ensure Benefits decisions are based on accurate data.

* Manage the development and execution of the Benefits dashboard (up-to-date, accurate).

* Analyze core benefits data to help develop insights and data-driven recommendations.

* Define and drive the implementation of a new wellness and data warehouse system.

* Consult with functional leaders in Benefits and HR to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and positively impact customer experience for HR, candidates, employees, managers and business leaders.

* Lead or participate in Benefits projects including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training and change management.

* Design, test, deploy, and manage Benefit interfaces to meet requirements for internal and external systems as needed.

* Partner with vendors on all business objectives that directly impact Benefit Systems.

* Analyze company Health and Welfare plans, including 401k, Life Insurance, Workers Compensation, and Voluntary Benefits, for all FUJIFILM North America (FFNA) region companies.

* Schedule regular on-site meetings with FFNA companies (10% to 20% travel) as determined by Director Benefits to manage relationships and review status of SLAs.

* Ensures compliance with provisions of Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Supervises preparation of reports and applications required by law to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, insurance commissions and other regulatory agencies. Reviews and analyzes changes in federal and state laws pertaining to benefits, and reports necessary or suggested changes to management.

* Responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, reporting and analyzing metrics, and completing all required government testing, including discrimination testing, 5500's, and separate lines of business testing.

Job Requirements

Required skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Welfare, benefits compliance and administration

Experience managing multiple vendors
