Job Title: Sales and Education Specialist

Our ideal Sales and Specialist independently drives for results, exceeds sales goals, and strives to achieve company success through a combination of exceptional training and selling.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales

* Cultivate brand awareness and excitement as the brand expert

* Aware of brand goals and has the ability to set action plans to exceed goals. Manage and track sales daily. Communicate any challenges that stand in the way of success

* In the moment assessments of customer needs with a consultative selling approach

* Interactive product demonstrations

* Confident ability to pull customers and sell

* Execute successful product launches and store events

* Maintain a heathy clientele

* Respect store standards, and meet product and application hygiene guidelines

* Ensure product merchandising meets company standards

* Ensure store has sufficient stock including live product, testers, and samples

* Constant and concise communication with Beauty Barrage, as well as stores, to ensure brand success

Education

* In depth knowledge of brand history and product assortment

* Build brand loyalty and strong relationships with retail staff by executing engaging trainings, healthy communication and consistent support

* Excellent ability to coach and educate in various environments (one on one, mid to large group)

* Mentor, coach, and lead store staff to feel confident about the brand

* Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must be passionate about the beauty industry

* Strong retail experience with ability to consistently close the sale

* Familiar with prestige and mass beauty retail environments, experience working with Sephora a plus

* Candidate must be comfortable demonstrating beauty products and comfortable with touching clients

* Beauty savvy and able to represent the brand look while adhering to dress code policies of the various retailers & department stores

* Highly organized, flexible, goal oriented and results driven

* Proficient in prioritization and time management, must be accountable

* Clear verbal communication skills as well as being very responsive via phone and email

* Professionally represent Beauty Barrage and its Brand Partners at all times

* Ability to work a flexible schedule including peak retail hours (evenings and weekends)

* Adhere to company expectations through compliance of policy and procedures

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
