TITLE: BUSINESS SALES REPRESENTATIVE (OUTSIDE SALES) Responsibilities: If you are an outgoing and self-motivated Business Sales Representative (Outside Sales) who is great at building business relationships, join our Sales Team at BJ's Wholesale Club! We are seeking talented, hard working and friendly Business Sales Representatives to sell BJ's memberships to local businesses, promoting the BJ's brand and increasing Club membership base within a specific area. BJ's offers attractive base compensation, an excellent commission scale, qualified leads, training, mileage reimbursement and benefit opportunities. Additional responsibilities of the Business Sales Representative include: • Executing 1st year or other renewal drives • Update expired business members • Assisting Clubs with membership issues • Reconciliation of daily paperwork and travel logs Requirements: • A resourceful self-starter and highly motivated individual • Must be able to travel locally within the given region • Must have a valid driver's license • Excellent communication skills • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year cold call selling experience preferred • Ability to work some nights and weekends for special events
