Department Profile: The National Sales organization within Wealth Management organizes the activities of Product Specialists and Business Development Officers to drive firm initiatives across all products and platforms with our Financial Advisors.

Background on the Team: The Sales Execution and Strategy team is comprised of product Sales Desks (Consulting Group, Retirement Planning, Financial Planning, Mutual Funds & Alternative Investments), The Insights Sales Idea Team and the Unit Trusts Product Specialist. The combined teams support the efforts of the Business Development Managers and Product Specialists across our 600 branches, including campaign development and execution.

Responsibilities Include:

* This position will report directly to the National Director for Business Development and Execution.

* Work with Markets Coordinator to draft sales idea content across multiple distribution mediums.

* Work with the Insights and Campaign Manager to draft and distribute content for Insights and in support of campaigns supported by National Sales.

* Work with Director of Business Development in drafting and distribution of bi-weekly newsletter to National Sales field leadership.

* Manage Communications Review Process for sales idea and campaign materials.

* Assist as needed with planning and execution of national sales sponsored meetings.

* Manage National Sales Website

Skills Required:

* Strong organizational, planning, project and time management skills

* General Understanding of Investment Products and Asset Allocation

* Strong written and oral communication skills in order to draft and edit national publications and communications

* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word Skills, Proficient in Excel.

* Basic technical capabilities and understanding of HTML and/or Content Management Systems

* Ability to work well with colleagues across a diverse range of working groups

Skills Desired:

* Bachelor's Degree

* 5 years relevant experience with prior experience in Wealth Management a plus
