Bachelor Degree with at least 2-3 years of prior experience as a trainer, facilitator or learning professional required, preferably in a health care environment. Must have leadership skills and must be computer proficient and proficient in Excel, Word and Visio. The Manager of Training and Change Management is responsible for evaluating, organizing and delivering programs, services and solutions related to individual and team growth, leadership development, customer service improvement initiatives and new associate onboarding for all Montefiore Medical Group associates including the School Health Program and the Wakefield Ambulatory Care Center. This individual would apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities, support change management and communication efforts across the Medical Group, assess the change impact and support training efforts.Candidate should have experience in healthcare and revenue cycle.
