Marketing Coordinator - Live Events

* Assist with the creation, proofing and assembly of sales marketing materials with our in house designers.

* Manage marketing timelines and project management deliverables.

* Traffic radio, digital, and online radio materials per date on marketing calendar.

* Assist Digital Marketing team with social content ideas and schedule paid Facebook ads and posts.

* Work with Digital Marketing team on website updates.

* Write copy for newsletter eblasts.

* Manage Festival Street Team program, including accepting submissions, corresponding with members, answering questions, and allocating rewards

* Brainstorm and develop NEW event features to attract attendees (and exhibitors/sponsors).

* Develop community partnerships including trade deals.

* Keep Dropbox organized and up to date.

* Schedule Press Releases through Cision.

* Post - event Survey management through Qualtrics Survey software.

* Assist with expense reports when needed.

Requirements:

* Prior marketing support experience.

* Excellent proofreading skills.

* Social media experience.

* Creative thinker!

* Effective communications skills. (both written and verbal)

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

* Ability to remain professional while under pressure.

* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

* Possess excellent telephone etiquette.

* Can do attitude and team player is a must.

* Event travel required.
