Essential Job Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and understand the tasks and responsibilities necessary to coordinate all national deals as assigned. Responsibilities to include post campaign analysis, box office projections, theater network management, monitoring of campaign performance and general tasks as assigned. Work with National Sales team to fulfill requests for analysis, metrics, film lists, box office data, etc. Assist in analyzing and distribute weekly reports to aid executives in monitoring campaign performance (BOA). Assist in under delivery strategy planning based on weekly BOA reports. Assist in monitoring and projecting attendance for upcoming films. Compile and organize Post Analysis reports. Contribute to Sales Planning team motivation and learning environment. Organize projects; prioritize work and set reasonable timelines. Follow internal processes to ensure accuracy of all reports. Collaborate with team and managers on ideas that could help improve or create new processes. Demonstrate a continuous drive for growth and learning. Providing detail and resources to internal teams as needed (media, trafficking, programming, accounting, revenue, exhibitor communications, marketing, etc.). Work closely with all members of the Sales Operations & Planning team, providing support, backup and assisting in special projects as assigned. Requirements College degree or equivalent required. No related business experience necessary. Knowledge of sales, advertising, marketing or related field industry a benefit. Passionate attention to detail. ??Exceptional organizational skills. Highly proficient to very advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with proficiency in other MS Office applications. Strong analytical ability and aptitude for numbers and accountancy. Good communication (written and verbal) skills with all level of staff and strong critical thinking skills. Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment and meet deadlines. Must be self-starting, flexible, and be able to work independently within a team environment. Must be highly trainable and willing to learn. Self- motivating, assertive, and energetic team player attitude. Ability to properly prioritize and multi-task in a high volume environment, with limited supervision. Ability to take initiative and be resourceful when problem-solving.
