BRDs are expected to develop skills and demonstrate increasing independence in each assignment. Rotations are customized to each individual with opportunities to gain exposure to product management and product marketing, corporate and business unit strategy, product development, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and other business functions. Rotating through varied assignments gives BRDs a deep understanding of the interdependencies across several functions.
