Job Description:

HCM Relationship Manager Complete Payroll Solutions is currently seeking dynamic, sales driven individuals to join our team. This Sales position is a professional position with a focus on new business payroll, HCM and timekeeping sales and development. Your primary responsibility is to generate leads from referral sources, telemarketing, customer referrals, networking groups, strategic referral partners and other agreed upon methods that produce results. The target market will be companies with 20 - 500 employees to address the growing needs of the small to mid-size business sectors (SMB). The HCM Relationship Manager will be assigned annual sales goals with activity and sales results monitored weekly to insure that goals are met within the prescribed time frame. Our compensation plan allows successful performers the ability to make $100k in their first year. Experienced HCM Sales reps can take advantage of the most generous compensation plan in the business featuring a generous base pay, rich variable payouts and attractive residual income streams. Responsibilities: Work within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quota by selling HCM/payroll services and referring health, 401k, workers compensation and S125 administration services to the benefits team.Build relationships with referral partners.Use existing experience in payroll sales to generate new clients, build relationships and leverage company's client base.Strategize with prospects to understand their needs and review CPS services and software applications.Collect completed paperwork as needed to finalize sale.Collect critical prospect data and maintain, update and utilize CRM.Prospect for new business 35+ hours per week.10 - 12 End User Presentations per weekMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for travel to client meetings.
