Regional Sales Manager - Southwest Region
The Regional Sales Manager - Southwest Region in this position is responsible for overall sales in the designated region. The individual will be responsible for generating OEM Laser and System leads for the Southwest Region of North America. The primary responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation and customer qualification supporting the goal of selling lasers and systems.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for laser and system sales in the designated region
Prospect and qualify potential new companies and customers for TRUMPF lasers and systems in the assigned territory
Visit customers in order to sell lasers and systems
Responsible for overall customer care and ownership before and after the sale
Including but not limited to the following -
Coordinate and participate in applications lab visits with the customer
Assist contracts group to get contracts completed in a timely manner
Assist accounting group with payment issues as required
Produce and maintain market information relevant to territory
Track sales information and provide sales reports pertaining to orders received, orders lost, potential orders
Must reside in Southwest Region of US.
Two years experience in Sales, Marketing or related business required. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel a must. Proficiency in sales techniques and related computer systems (MS Office, SAP) required.
Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree or higher in technical field strongly preferred. Experience as mentioned above required.
