Position Summary: face="Arial"> The Sales Merchandiser is responsible for the execution of Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer client expectations. Daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead is expected. We achieve optimal results by implementing the ??Anderson Approach?? which consists of Collaboration, Pre-sell and Awareness, Implementation, Reporting and Post Reporting. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: face="Arial"> Collaboration: Communicate with the Territory Sales Lead on a daily basis as to all activities accomplished as well as any sales opportunities. Pre-Sell and Awareness: Pre-sell retail counterparts, store manager, department manager, associates and customers, making Territory Sales Lead and DSM aware of success or potential barriers. Implementation: Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects with quality and accuracy. Perform product/fixture/display/modular resets; set POP and signing appropriately. Reporting: Inventory management through counts, pulls, and on-hand and out-of-stock reporting. Post Reporting: Communicate sales and promotional placement results with Store Management. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency certification required. Customer service or sales experience required. Work flexible shift (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs. Work a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift based on store requirements. Valid driver's license is required as travel to additional locations may be necessary. Computer, printing capability, internet access, and email required. Access to webcam preferred.
