A Day in the Life As the most visible member of the team, you make a real difference by contributing to the development of business solutions for hospital caregivers and administrators. You provide daily end-user support for one or more hospital facilities while working closely with the Resident Manager, Printer Technicians, outside vendors and the Auxilio corporate team to ensure customer service exceeds expectations. As a Field Service Printer Support Specialist, you might:Provide daily customer service and support of network and workstation printersRespond to customer support requests and ensure they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally (escalate problems to a technician as needed)Track and update service calls in a log and/or helpdesk applicationCollect printer meter reads (usage info.) and distribute tonerMaintain accurate device inventoryTrain end-users on how to make best use of print devicesGo above and beyond for the client: provide extra follow up, make personal phone calls and visits, remain visible; provide constant communication; demonstrate a helpful, service attitudeProvide 24/7 on-call rotation, regional coverage for multiple locations What You'll Need to Win!High School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license with safe driving recordReliable transportation.In-person/retail customer service experienceTeam player attitude who approaches your job with energy, enthusiasm and integrityPC savvy with strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis in MS ExcelAbility to comfortably manage and analyze data for reports and public presentationsTechnical knowledge or experience with computer networking (TCP/IP protocol), print, copy, scan, fax devices and various software applicationsExperience in managed print services, healthcare and/or Helpdesk is a plus!Various immunizations and/or medical testing may be required as a condition of employment for any positions that work on-site regularly in a hospital or medical setting EEO
