Staying on the hot side of the kitchen - responsible for Grill and Fry side. Prep and line cook knowledge also necessary. 3-5 years experience needed. Opening *NEW LOCATION* need candidates that want to get in on the ground level. Room for growth within company as long as candidate is willing to learn and wear many hats. NO DISHWASHER CANDIDATES.

New Location Opening 2016! Need experienced Executive and Sous Chefs for Upscale Italian Trattoria. Looking for Chef's with extensive knowledge of Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine and History. Creativity and strong leadership are required. Menu Creation, organization and other time management skills necessary. Get in on the ground level! Opening our 4th location in CT. Willingness to learn and be part of a strong team mentality is needed.
Paid Vacation after 11 months employment is possible, depending on performance and position.
