We are seeking an Executive & Sous Chef's to join our team! Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day culinary operationsCoordinate food and kitchenware ordersCheck freshness and quality of ingredientsAssist in the development of menu itemsStandardize recipes and plate presentationsWork with management to create a memorable experience for guests Qualifications:Previous experience in culinary arts, & 3+ years as a sous chef or 5+ years as an executive chefThorough knowledge of Italian and Mediterranean CookingFeel Comfortable with Upscale and Business related diningKnowledge of cost and labor systemsPassion for food and cooking techniquesCreativityStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment

New Location Opening 2016! Need experienced Executive and Sous Chefs for Upscale Italian Trattoria. Looking for Chef's with extensive knowledge of Mediterranean and Italian Cuisine and History. Creativity and strong leadership are required. Menu Creation, organization and other time management skills necessary. Get in on the ground level! Opening our 4th location in CT. Willingness to learn and be part of a strong team mentality is needed.
Paid Vacation after 11 months employment is possible, depending on performance and position.
