Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Admissions Managers, Admissions Officers recruit prospective students, facilitate admission requirements and provide support and guidance to prospective students throughout the enrollment process. Principal ResponsibilitiesFacilitates enrollment activities for students engaged in enrollment process including conducting student interviews and acting as liaison with appropriate College departments to identify problems and contribute to their resolution. Provide appropriate follow up and follow through with prospective students from point of inquiry through enrollment. Present information about how Goodwin College may benefit the student's personal, academic and professional needs. Answers questions and responds to prospective student concerns. Qualifications Education/Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree and 6 months of experience in admissions in a post-secondary educational environment or sales and customer service experience.
