Job Description:

One part- time (25 hours a week) position available immediately! Must be bi-lingual, have excellent communication skills, and possess strong customer service skills. Perform Housing Quality Standards inspections scheduling and clerical support within the inspection department of housing units and properties. Must have the ability to effectively complete reports, maintain documentation, and accurately complete required forms. Essential Duties: •Act as liaison between landlords and inspectors as it relates to the scheduled/missed appointments •Provide administrative support to the inspections department •Prepare reports and logs reflecting appointments scheduled •Manage inspection scheduling and tracking procedure •Maintain all required records and prepare all required reports utilizing/accessing same records Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
