Job Description:

A full time (8:30am-5:00pm) position available immediately! Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The primary duty in this role will be high volume document scanning and indexing. Other responsibilities include: data entry, departmental mailings, scheduling of appointments, maintaining files, mail distribution, and coverage of front desk reception area when needed. Must be proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook). High school diploma or equivalent. One year relevant experience in an office setting.
