As a member of our sales force and working as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative you will be primarily responsible for driving demand for the product assigned by reinforcing the product brand and intrinsic clinical value. Also, as one of our Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives you will be responsible for presenting our healthcare products and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and hospital accounts that specialize in the area of specified. You will also be required to demonstrate an excellence in developing as well as applying clinical data and scientific details to physicians that will lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives. Sales Account Representative - Pharmaceutical Job Responsibilities (Entry level & Experienced): ?? Lead in the development and presentation of proposals to sell and deliver client engagements that design; and implement business and technology solutions for medium to large healthcare providers. ?? Help implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance; acts as a trusted advisor to the healthcare professional customer. ?? Be knowledgeable about industry trends; changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment. ?? Build and preserve customer relationships to drive driving new sales and protect base business. ?? Negotiate contracts resulting in long-term commitments. ?? Integrate insights from ongoing business analysis and assessment into a multi-year plan and lead through persuasion and personal influence an internal 'selling' team to develop an actionable account strategy with short-term tactics to achieve desired results. ?? Coordinates appropriate resources to execute the strategic account plan including assigning roles; expectations; responsibilities and timelines. Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Job Description: ?? Support account on-boarding, including education, and procedures. ?? Engage in clinical selling activities, including delivering the clinical value proposition, advancing customers across a brand belief continuum ?? Support initial clinical educational support and in-service for medical staff (infusion procedures, etc.) ?? Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities and programs for HCPs, such as peer-to-peer discussions ?? Conduct account management activities within the smaller, less complex: GI practices, clinics and outlets as well as independent physician offices ?? Meet all sales goals and objectives by delivering pharmaceutical and healthcare product volume as well as other key metrics. ?? Market company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment, which may include physicians within specialty medical practices and their staff, specialists within local hospitals, clinics, IBD Centers, Infusion Therapy sites, and support staff. ?? Establish professional working relationships with Health Care Providers (GE, MLP, IM, Nurse), decision makers, support staff, and influencers within assigned customers, to support the use of the company's products through developing and applying clinical and business expertise, and effective selling skills. ?? Develop and deliver a targeted sales message based on accurate clinical information, utilizing approved marketing materials to support the patients, and discuss therapeutic strategies to inform and influence decision makers. Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Preferred Qualifications (Entry level & Experienced):• Some decision making, effective problem-solving and strategic thinking skills • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrixed healthcare environment • Demonstrated ethical leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws • Outstanding written and oral communication skills • Strong analytical and computer capabilities• Some understanding of the healthcare market access, hospital reimbursement, and protocol development • Ability to promote healthcare products within hospital and clinical marketplace We are doing interviews promptly.
