Job Description:

Customer Support Our client is in need of a polished, professional to support their internet sales division. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the area's most respected firms. Role:Perform financial and general operations functions, maintaining the integrity of the internet transactions, and ensuring payments are appropriately recorded and executed.Provide quality assistance to customers through customer communications, processing orders and coordination with other departments, and retailers as required.Perform daily review of orders from the previous business day, including : payment information; correct sale; and delivery pricingEnsure all orders have been processed correctly and accepted at the manufacturing and distribution level.Re-enter rejected orders and work with IT to resolve any order entry issues.Review all relevant reports within established guidelines to ensure a solid operational structure (e.g. open order reports, bank reconciliations, delinquent accounts, and accounts with credit/debit balances).Make appropriate transactions based on departmental guidelines, and identify issues and communicate with the appropriate personnel to address and resolve.Process order cancellations and returns, ensuring assets are cancelled or written off properly, and that proper approval and documentation are received.Communicate errors in preparation for correction and review.Ensure that shipped and delivered orders are recorded, including the closing of UPS / USPS shipments.Communicate with retailers regarding aged orders and delivery status.Register remote delivery orders and communicate with distribution and delivery companies to ensure that pick-up is complete.Communicate with clients to ensure that remaining balances are collected prior to delivery.Assist Service Center with operational questions by providing order updates and issues to its attention, ensuring that clients are being contactedMaintain accuracy of inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivables and customer deposits.Negotiate solutions with retailers and consumers within established guidelines.Process orders for employees.Assist in departmental functions, such as answering phones, working with both consumers and retailers in a service capacity.Work with IT to trouble-shoot systems problems. Requirements:High school diploma with a minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience requiredBachelor's degree in an Accounting, Finance, or business-related field preferred.
