Job Description:

The Mitigation Technician responds to emergency losses for commercial and private property owners. The Mitigation Technician assists with the mitigation and restoration of homes and commercial properties. The Mitigation Technician reports directly to the Mitigation Project Manager.

Catastrophic Storm Response
Move Outs
Contents Restoration
Electronics and Equipment
Contents Claim Inventory Service

CLEANING SERVICES

Biohazard, Crime Scene & Vandalism
Carpet & Upholstery
Drapes & Blinds
Ceilings, Walls & Hard Floors
Deodorization

Primary Role:

Complete jobs according to AIR company standards.
Respond to service calls when needed.
Complete job documentation, perform and supervise production work, and monitor assigned jobs from start to finish.
Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site.
Identify and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.

Restoration Technician Requirements:

Substantial overtime is required
Self-driven, detail oriented and have demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills
High level of integrity combined with a desire to serve
Excellent customer service skills
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test.
Must have a clean background check.
Must have a clean Driving Record

Physical Demands and Work Environment - Candidates must be able to move freely, climb, and lift. Work environment often includes but is not limited to office, warehouse, and hazardous.
