Job Description:

12 Month Contract Duties: Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in various complex administrative support functions, including but not limited to, analytical and specialized administrative duties to ensure efficient Talent Acquisition operations and processes. Principal ResponsibilitiesManages Talent Acquisition inbox (General Talent Acquisition inquires, process, job posting, requisition opening/closing, employee referrals, agency agreements, pre-employment, etc.).Facilitates administration for full recruitment life cycle including job creation through onboarding process.Talent Acquisition liaison on applicant tracking system support. Partners with HRIS on system issues and enhancements.Partners with HR and business to support candidate experience initiatives.Administrator for new hire relocation utilizing 3rd party vendor (Brookfield Relocation Services portal). Partners with new hire, HR Comp & Benefits and vendors.Initiates all US background checks. Supports pre-employment governance process and maintains Background Check Repository.Assist with new hire on-boarding and processing - New Hire List, New Hire documentation, Offer Letter Repository, etc.New Hire Orientation Administrator. Sends orientation correspondence to new hires and management, collects all Cheshire, CT/Cambridge, MA new hire documentation (including verification of I9 forms), provides new hire building tour, creates new hire binders, and sets-up weekly orientation.Employee Referral Program administrator. Tracks all US referrals and bonus payouts.Supports coordination of all US Agency Agreements including issuing and storing of contracts.Support of Recruitment reporting and analytics. Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic professional environment effectively managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and internal client relationships.Must be detail oriented and highly organized.Self-directed and motivated individual with proven ability to problem solve, drive for results and demonstrate excellent follow-up skills.Ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast paced environment.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially with employee information.Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflow.Must have demonstrated strong technology aptitude -- proficiency with Jobvite (or similar applicant tracking system), Internet, search engines, and Microsoft suite.Demonstrated exceptional work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.Strong verbal and written communication. Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR administration support.
