Job Description:

My client is a leading managed service provider in the New Haven area. Client is seeking a qualified help desk support technician. Provide 1st Level technical support to customers via phone and email. A solid understanding of computers is required including troubleshooting techniques, Spyware/Virus removal, **Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange a plus**

Job Functions
??? Oversee the daily performance of managed services program.
??? Answer user inquiries regarding computer software and/or hardware operation.
??? PC installation, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
??? Configure Mac and PC email clients; troubleshoot mail issues.
??? Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment,
??? Maintain and administer client computer networks including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
??? Maintain and monitor data backups
