Territory Manager, Commercial Roofing Sales
Role and Responsibilities:
- Solicit sales from commercial roofers through cold calling and setting appointments with the existing customer base
- Generates sales leads, demonstrates products or services, negotiates and closes the sale and books the sales transactions and or sales order to meet established goals
- Sells the organization????????s products and/or services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects within an assigned territory
- Provide constant information on the commercial roofing market
- Articulate and promote marketing programs and sales promotions in the field
- A leader in identifying creative ideas for greater sales
- Sell significant volume levels of product to large accounts
- Consistently meets/exceeds expectations in reviews
- Mentors, coaches, trains less experienced Sales Representatives
- Penetrate territories and accounts and displace competition
- Other related duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor????????s Degree Preferred
- 2-4 Years Experience
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
- Commercial Roofing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Strong oral communication skills essential
- Proven ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proven ability to build successful working relationships with customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly motivated with good time management skills
