The Corporate Services Financial Consultant is responsible for cultivating relationships within the Section 16/Officer/Director Corporate client base in an attempt to drive increased asset aggregation, proceeds retention, and client satisfaction through relationship building activities and the sale of appropriate financial products and services. Successful candidates will possess a comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry, consultative selling skills, and a passion for service to effectively interact with the corporate participant via a professional concierge experience. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can manage complex client relationships, embrace change, and envision success in a rapidly changing environment.


* Engage new and existing account relationships with a focus on deepening the overall client engagement and satisfaction with E*TRADE FINANCIAL.

* Utilize existing Corporate Services Client relationships to cultivate senior level participant relationships to improve retail engagement and proceeds retention.

* Closely partner with Corporate Services Client Managers to integrate a comprehensive corporate solution to further engage all corporate participants in E*TRADE's Retail offering.

* Highlight and promote E*TRADE's comprehensive products offerings:

* Brokerage Solutions (Mutual Funds, Fixed Income Securities, Syndicate Products & Cash Equivalents).

* Equity Compensation Solutions (10b5-1 Trading Plans, Block Trading & Hedging & Monetization).

* Wealth Management Solutions (Managed Portfolio Products &Comprehensive; Portfolio Management).

* Expert handling of large trades in accordance with Rule 144 and industry regulations.

* Respond to and create viable sales opportunities by engaging the Section 16 and corporate client senior management in needs-based conversations around financial goals through both inbound and outbound telecom activities.

* Educate clients with respect to their equity compensation and their ability to successfully navigate the E*TRADE FINANCIAL website.

* Regularly exercise discretion, sound business judgment and an understanding of competitors' financial products in consulting with clients.

* Record interactions in contact management database and schedule follow up calls as appropriate.

* Execute financial services transactions with minimal supervision.


* Series 7 and 66.

* Education or Training Equivalent to: BA/BS.

* 5-7 years experience in a financial sales environment with proven results.

* Demonstrated experience servicing the needs of high net worth individuals.

* Exceptional skill in building relationships both in person and over the telephone.

* Proven results in a demanding sales environment.

* Outstanding oral and written communication.

* Attention to detail.

* Advanced knowledge of the securities industry including corporate equity compensation plans is highly preferred.

* Familiarity with Rule 144 and 10b51 plans is highly preferred.

* Ability to work independently within a team environment on complex Corporate Client/Employee issues and financial solutions.

* Strong ability to work collaboratively across other E*TRADE business units.

* Be able to apply advanced selling techniques to create a compelling rationale for use of E*TRADE FINANCIAL products and services.
