**OBJECTIVE**

Develop and manage growth opportunity and current accounts within the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) markets. Manage assigned accounts in North America in support of the global business and bookings plan.

**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERTISE AND/OR ABILITIES CONSISTENTLY REQUIRED**

* BS Degree in Marketing or Engineering or equivalent education and experience.

* 2-5 years' experience in technical field sales; experience in developing and managing EPC accounts a plus.

* An understanding of the water/wastewater, refinery, mining, upstream oil and gas and power plant markets.

* Ability to work closely with North America Field Sales and Global Sales and Marketing.

* Knowledge of all Ashcroft products, application, features and market segments.

* Good presentation skills.

* Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems.

* 40-50% Travel required.

* Open to relocation

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Responsible to grow Ashcroft sales and market share by effective selling to EPC's within assigned Region
* Develop and implement an effective / measurable strategy for sales growth with all target EPC's and within assigned Region
* Works with key EPC's to get Ashcroft products into specifications and Ashcroft named on Approved Vendor List (AVL).
* Identify key decision makers and develop sales opportunities
* Works with Ashcroft TM's and Channel Partners to maximize and close sales opportunities
* Works with the team on the Request For Quotation (RFQ) evaluation process helping to determine product, strategy and pricing
* Provide status updates and propose engagement strategies/action plans
* Works with Product Management and Global MGS groups to determine best product offering based on project needs
* Provides accurate, thorough, and timely reporting on sales opportunities with EPC's within assigned Region. Works with Global Product Leaders in developing presentations
* Design, coordinate and conduct product and application training programs such as "Lunch & Learns" with customers
