Benefits/Payroll Manager, Greenwich, CT - Financial Services Industry
Our client, a financial services company located in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a Benefits/Payroll Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment managing benefits and a strong working knowledge of payroll. Financial Services industry experience is a plus. S/He must have proven experience in all aspects of benefits administration including broker relations/negotiations, 401K fiduciary responsibility, compliance testing, etc… This is a very hands-on position. In addition, s/he will handle the preparation of the company’s payroll. (Benefits comprises of 70% and Payroll 30%) Knowledge of ADP Workday is a plus. Our client has approximately 750 employees most of whom reside in the U.S. They also have offices in the UK and Australia as well and some international benefits/payroll experience is preferred.
