Reception / Administrative
Global, multi billion dollar Greenwich company has immediate need for a front desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Some of the duties include:
- Greeting visitors
- Managing the meeting room schedule
- Handling travel arrangements for visitors
- Ordering supplies
- Providing back up assistance to executives
- Handling mail

Requirements: 2+ years business experience. Strong MS Office, outstanding communicator who likes to handle multiple things at once. You will act as the go-to person in the office. Looking for bright, polished, and corporate appearance. Quick hire.
