What is the opportunity?

As the Senior Project Manager, you will part participate in managing the firm's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Program Management Office (PMO), providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership in a large, complex regulatory program with a specific focus on capital, funding, and liquidity regulatory requirements.

What will you do?

Serve as a lead within the core PMO team by defining and implementing program governance processes across all workstreams (eg, schedule management, issue and risk management, communication management, etc.)
Manage key dependencies and assist with risk mitigation and issue resolution across the program
Develop and manage relationships with program sponsors and partners across business lines and geographic regions, including but not limited to risk, finance, treasury, operations, technology and business management functions
Actively manage, and provide guidance directing the overall log of risks and issues, MRA/MRIA remediation tracking, and support program financial reporting
Create metrics to track on-going regulatory initiatives across LOBs; draft communication plan, publish scorecard and escalate risk mitigation items to Senior Management
Support various CCAR work streams to identify and document key regulatory reporting processes, risks and controls that impact RBC's capital adequacy processes
Oversee a portfolio of projects to deliver a program control framework as part of wider regulatory reform

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

7-10+ years of experience as a PM or BA Lead in Financial Services
Demonstrates proficiencies in business case development, program management, issue resolution, and communication
Strong PM discipline: establishing governance processes and ability to define standards
Strong collaborative skills and ability to grasp concepts and formulate next steps quickly

Proficient in MS Products - Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word a must
