Job Description:

The purpose of the Assistant Canvassing Team Leader is to assist the Field Operations Manager in training new employees, supervise the canvass team when the team leader is not there and to set and call in appointments generated from door to door canvassing.To be successful in this role an individual should demonstrate great customer service skills, be prepared to work in a team setting, and have excellent oral communication skills.Education/ Experience:Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two- year university; or three to six months related experience/ training; or equivalent combinationDuties and Responsibilities:Directly supervises 4-8 employees in the canvassing department.Assisting the Field Operations ManagerSet pace of team by setting appointmentsDoor to Door Canvassing, setting appointments through the call center, submitting daily reports to the officeAssisting in training employeesAppraising performance and rewarding employeesAddressing complaints and resolving problems
