Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant, on a temporary basis, to join the team of a well-established scientific technology company in Tarrytown, NY. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree along with 2+ years experience in the administrative field. Responsibilities:Providing administrative support to executive staffDaily scheduling of meetings, engagements, interviews, conferences, phone calls, and travel arrangementsGreeting internal and external guestsWorking along with Management, Legal, and Financial groups to develop and update purchasing and expense reports as well as prepare contracts for consultantsOrder office supplies, arrange meals, and request repairsCover for absent assistants as needed Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree2+ years of prior experience in the same or similar fieldExtremely proficient in Microsoft and scheduling platforms, including Outlook, Sharepoint, and ReadyTalkAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detail, organization, and managementExcellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
