  • Generating maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume
  • Supervising the sales line through coaching, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results
  • Staff, plan, and direct the activities of a team of Sales Executives and TO/Closers to obtain maximum sales volume

Required Qualifications\\:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years of Sales and 2 years of Sales Management experience in a branded timeshare/vacation ownership environment, with a history of successful closing percentages
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, and process orientation
  • Ability to manage, lead and inspire highly-active teams, with efficiency and integrity, under various conditions and constraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook


Preferred Qualifications

  • Progressive Sales Management and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid ability to recruit, train, develop and motivate branded timeshare sales professionals
