Primary Responsibilities:

* Coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas utilizing standard project management documentation (project plans, risk trackers, etc.)
* Driving progress of projects across numerous stakeholders, functional areas and project teams
* Prioritizing, organizing and balancing multiple demands and competing deadlines
* Leading meetings with cross functional partners to achieve decision making and action
* Creating and distributing reports & findings across multiple leadership levels and functional areas
* Providing subject matter expertise in areas including project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and other areas of expertise based on established project management techniques

Required Qualifications:

* BA / BS degree or equivalent education and work experience
* 2+ years acting as a Project Manager running projects utilizing PMI or Agile Methodology
* 2+ years of experience working with Business Stakeholders within a Cross-Functional matrix environment
* Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of healthcare experience
* PMP or Scrum Master Certification
* Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Visio and SharePoint
