Primary Responsibilities:

* Effectively lead meetings with team members to discuss inventory levels and production expectations to meet performance objectives. Collaboration includes determining the day's direction and resource alignment to achieve targets.
* Support the preparation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and monthly packages relating to inventory and production levels, aging of inventory, and performance.
* Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business.
* Utilize technical and business tools/reporting to monitor inventory performance compared to plan throughout the day. Partner with Operations team members and leaders to solve for workflow and inventory issues identified when monitoring intra-day movement.
* Frequent communication with Operations leadership and Workforce Management team members regarding inventory status, direction, expected performance against target, and any remediation efforts included in direction.

Required Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED
* 2+ years of experience working in a Service Operations Center
* 1+ years of working experience in Workforce Management
* 1+ years of working with Workforce Management Tools (IEX, Aspect eWorkforce Management, Blue Pumpkin)
* Ability to create and edit documents in MS Word
* Ability to create spreadsheets, VLOOKUP and pivot tables in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's Degree or Higher
* Project Management experience
* Knowledge of IEX TotalView

* Ability to work independently, yet act as a resource to others and coordinate activities
