Primary Responsibilities:

* Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
* Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
* Participate in the development of business strategy
* Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives
* Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
* Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
* Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
* Direct cross - functional and / or cross - segment teams
* Deploy and maintain Applications / Systems
* Understand the business objectives and analyze, dissect system requirements and technical specifications
* Design and write specialized testing tools and utilities for use in testing our software platform
* Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to product needs
* Participates in the development of business testing strategy
* Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
* Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and / or approaches.
* Provide technical mentoring for team members, trouble shooting on defect root cause identification
* New ideas and initiatives to improve test automation for UI and Non - UI applications while having integration with CI processes
* Identify Process Gaps and drive Initiatives to address process gaps
* Constantly evaluate the test automation strategy and approach to identify areas of improvement (i.e.test automation frameworks, dynamic data collection methodologies, coding standards, components and object repository methods, etc.)
* Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate
* Research and implement tools that support delivery
* Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements.
* Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
* Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high - quality software releases
* Design reusable components, frameworks and libraries
* Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design / architectural decisions, issues and plans to technology leadership

Required Qualifications:

* 3+ years experience in C#.Net
* 2+ years experience with Web Services (for example: SOAP, REST, etc.)
* 2+ years of hands-on scripting / coding experience in .Net test automation tools
* Visual Studio tools experience
* MS SQL Server experience
* Solid understanding of Windows Services and IIS
* Agile experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Quality Assurance testing experience in a web application environment testing User Interface, Database, Web services, APIs, and / or Batch / ETL components
* Experience writing test plans and test cases
* Scripting/coding experience in .Net automation tools
* Experience with Object Oriented Design (OOD)
* Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
* Experience with Test Driven Development
* Experience with Continuous Integration / Delivery
* Experience with SOAP
* Experience with REST
* Experience with XML / XSL
* Experience with relational database modeling and design
* Healthcare industry experience
* Experience with ALM / QC test management tools
* Experience with commercial software development
* Java experience
