Primary Responsibilities:

* Develop, perform, and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
* Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
* Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
* Produce clear, well-formatted reports that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders
* Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability, cost efficiencies, and medical cost savings for Optum Operations Payment Integrity business

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
* 2+ years of financial and/or accounting experience
* Intermediate in MS Excel and other MS Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

* Hyperion Essbase, Planning and PeopleSoft Financials
