Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited universityCT state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state licensureAbility to evaluate and treat students, helping them negotiate the school environment, improve school performance and engage with their peersServes as member of the IEP team for students with physical therapy concernsFacilitate goals and objectives per child's educational planPersonal commitment to driving positive outcomes for studentsCollaborative minded professional with strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work and build strong relationships with parents, teachers and school administratorsExperience working in schools or with children a plus, but not required
