This is a full-time position serving and managing the Long Island, NY territory

The Position:
This position and market is Long Island, NY. As the Territory Sales Manager your primary
responsibility is to drive revenue through your leadership of a team made up of 8 -12 Sales Representatives (hiring, training, development, production, etc.) across Long Island. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
  • Report on team and individual performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Build and form new relatioships with potential customers.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
  • The company is committed to their Sales Manager and Representatives living in the community they work; in this case, the Sales Account Manager must live on Long Island.
  • Previous sales experience (5+ years) with in-home Millwork sales (doors, windows, siding, roofing) or similar building materials sales fields is required.
  • Excellent business savvy with a proven track record as a supervisor or manager building and/or leading a team for in-home sales.
  • Positive leadership qualities including effective coaching and interpersonal skills consistent with individuals successful building and leading sales teams who deliver results.
  • Solid verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster and establish effective working relationships with customers, management teams, employees, and key contacts will be essential to your success and growth.
