This role includes building relationships, responsibility for growth, and lead generation within the current customer base. Job Description: Medflow is looking for Strategic Account Managers to maintain and expand relationships strategically with all assigned customers in their assigned Book of Business within a multi-state geographical territory. A primary function is to build and retain business within existing customer base and to discover net-new customers from the implementation process and thereon. This is accomplished by developing a deep understanding of their business requirements and proposing and delivering the technology and services that meet their needs. This unique responsibility has a focus on the management of accounts once they are on-boarded from the sales organization into your region. Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) ?? Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations. ?? ?? Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. ?? Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. ?? Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. ?? Build a reliable communication mechanism with sales, product management, operations, finance and customer service departments to ensure efforts are in line with objectives Knowledge & Skill Requirements: ?? 5 years in a customer support management, operations management, business planning, or similar management role ?? Bachelor's degree preferred with equivalent experience. ?? 60% travel within the assigned region of customers. ?? Familiarity with EMR and Practice Management software systems ?? Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people, engineers, managers, and customers. Compensation: ?? $55,000-$65,000 Salary ??
