Job Description:

The Sales Support Representative is responsible for supporting our customers. This fast paced and dynamic role requires strong communication skills, advanced systems management and strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.Duties include:Answers customer callsOrder Management including accurate/timely entry, creation, returns, releases and backordersIncluding the creation of:Inventory items in order entry systemBeginning of customer specification sheet for new itemsHandle customer inquiries about existing orders, delays or issues or request for quoteMaintain customer information includingCreating new customersExisting customer and related specific notesInteract with department heads related to new and existing ordersCommunicate any order delays to salesmen and or customers when the situation arises Experience/Skill Requirements:Associates degree or 5 years of inside sales or customer serviceStrong interpersonal/rapport building skillsAbility to:Communicate with all levels of the organizationWork cooperatively as a member of a teamRemain calm and focused while communicating in a stressful environmentDiscern the issues and concerns of customersProblem SolveComputer Skiils:MS OfficeSage MAS100 experience preferred
