Our digital marketing manager position is one part analytical genius, one part creative genius and one part Captain Ahab. No, you don't have to go hunting for a great white whale, but you will be at the helm of our brand awareness ship, sailing it wherever you please.
That's right, there's a vast scope of unchartered territory out there in digital marketing land, and you get to tap into your brainy, creative superpowers to experiment to your heart's content. You'll Client what works, what doesn't and how to do more of the first one.
If you're the right person for the job, what works will come easily, especially since you'll have a real good feel of who we are and what we do. After all, you will be diving deep into our brand to help develop and deliver a strategy that meets our goals, explodes our revenue and otherwise skyrockets all aspects or the business to brand new heights.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities
Romp around online all day, every day
Transform the digital marketing arena into your personal playground
Devise and command ROI-driven performance marketing campaigns
Be the brand hero by managing, directing and executing compelling online ads and landing pages to ensure brand consistency across all channels
Lead daily/weekly adventures in social and media strategy
Get our name and executive faces out into the media, further increasing brand awareness
Be the go-to report maven, building and presenting reports as directed and requested
Regularly flex your analytical muscles by reviewing campaigns and making action recommendations based on results
Concoct and develop fresh marketing materials to assist with new business generation and retention as needed
Skills You Need
Ability to explain, embrace and execute effective digital marketing strategies, concepts and practices in your sleep
Hands-on experience building, implementing and optimizing digital marketing and social media campaigns
Hands-on experience designing and building SEM/SEO-happy landing pages that drive sales through the roof
Hands-on experience with PR and an active media contact list
Time management capabilities that would make Father Time jealous, with a proven record of delivering online marketing successes on time and on budget
A mind swirling with strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and inventive abilities strong enough to conquer anything and everything put in front of you
Awesome writing skills for blog posts, marketing materials and other content as needed
Creativity, creativity, creativity Did we mention creativity?
Qualifications You Need
3 to 5 years relevant work experience in digital marketing
In-depth knowledge of Google AdWords for creating and managing PPC campaigns
Experience with Campaign Monitor or similar email marketing campaign management tool
Proficiency in a big bunch of stuff that includes:
Microsoft Office, with general word processing, spreadsheet and usage skills
Google Analytics, with ability to read and interpret data
Photoshop and InDesign, with ability to create and edit layouts, graphics and other materials
SEO/SEM, with ability to research, create and implement highly effective strategies
Hands-on PR experience with a media contact list
Social media channels, especially Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat, with ability to grab attention, engage the audience and keep our brand at the forefront of everybody's mind
Experience in the staffing industry is desired, although if you're good enough in other areas, we may just let that one slide.
