Job Description: This position will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to assigned Crabtree & Evelyn retail stores to ensure a world class customer experience, efficient operation and achievement of all sales and profit objectives. Scope includes, but is not limited to, store environment, customer experience, development/coaching of selling skills and product knowledge, recruitment and succession planning, expense management, merchandise presentation, communication and operational excellence. Job Requirements: Bachelor s Degree preferred. At least 5 years retail management experience with increasing responsibility. Ability to understand local markets from a fashion, beauty, health and macro-economic perspective and provide counsel to internal and external business partners. Strong leadership skills, including staff development, partnership building and managing teams. Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Effective prioritizing and time management skills. Ability to travel on a regular basis. Proficient in Microsoft Programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
