ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

A private Senior Society of Yale Alumni in New Haven is seeking a candidate for a part-time administrative assistant to report to Trustees, communicate with members, and handle other duties involved in functions of the society.

Responsibilities include:

·         Prepare agendas, minutes and a variety of supporting reports for meetings of the Trustees

·         Provide editorial support for the Bulletin 

·         Communicate with club members via phone, correspondence and in person

Requirements:

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Command of Office software

·         Knowledge to compose outgoing correspondence and written material

·         High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

·         Ability to work independently within established guidelines and maintains strict confidentiality

·         Previous experience in an office setting necessary
