Sales Representative / Sales Manager
Salary (not posted), Carter Brinley Group is a Real Estate Investment firm looking to hire individuals to help expand its reach nationwide. We believe in educating clients on the power and value of real estate as a tool to personal financial security. We have partnered with the leading Real Estate Investment Education Company rated A+ by the BBB to help provide that education to both novice and professional real estate investors. We are currently looking to fill positions for sales representatives who have strong lead generation skills, time management capabilities and exceptional follow-up. Candidates who are not afraid to develop relationships through networking and marketing. The position will also allow for the right candidates, the opportunity to build their own sales team. This will require the ability to provide mentorship and guidance as well as directing the team in managing multiple routes to market. Our opportunity is a work from home/telecommuting opportunity presenting the RE education to potential clients. We found our most successful tem members come from a variety of backgrounds such as insurance sales, financial professionals, mortgage brokers, realtors and developers and/or individuals who understand and believe in Real Estate as a way to build wealth. Core competencies include but are not limited to: +++ Lead generation through multiple marketing channels +++ Excellent communications skills both written and verbal +++ Sales CRM systems or Excel proficient +++ High degree of motivation and professionalism +++ Leadership skills +++ Consultative sales approach with integrity and honesty +++ Strong background in Real Estate investing or the willingness to learn We offer extremely strong commission structure for our independent contractor positions with the added bonus of building residual income if you become a sales manager. There are no charge backs or caps and the earning potential for the qualified candidate ranges from $5000-10,000 per month. We also offer a limited number of hourly plus bonus opportunities for those individuals willing to work a more structured schedule helping us build our direct sales team.
