$80,000 to $100,000, Field Marketing Manager - BPM Software- NY / NJ - [please apply online]4 Our Client, the leading Microsoft based Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPMS) Vendor. A global vendor, rapidly growing, is now looking to significantly increase its marketing capabilities. The Field Marketing Manager for North America will report to the Global Marketing Manager and will lead the companys North American field marketing activities. The main, current goal of this new position is to increase the number and quality of leads to support company growth. By the end of your first 6 months, you will have continued to establish the Client's brand in the region you support, created a strong timeline for focused campaigns, and developed excellent relationships with our field sales colleagues and North America team as a whole. As the point person for field marketing strategy related to the region you support, you will dictate both high level and tactical execution for the field sales teams, along with the infrastructure to support it. Position Overview You will be creating interest and demand for the Client's products through events, webinars, emails, social media, prospecting, partner/channel marketing and other activities. In addition, the Field Marketing Manager is responsible for customer marketing (round tables, account-based marketing) and ad-hoc campaigns and programs. This person will need to be a self-starter, hands-on, field marketing-focused, expert on demand generation, who has, ideally, a deep knowledge of the BPM market and is able to interface with both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities Include: Make your mark: refine the overarching Field Marketing strategy for the North American market by Quarter, bi-annual and annual timelines Execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth (events, tradeshows, email, digital, webinars, etc.) Be Data Driven do more of what works, and less of what doesnt, adapt quickly Work closely with Field Sales and Inside Sales teams to deliver highly targeted outbound calling campaigns with cohesive messaging and focus Continuously improve and refine marketing efforts Review and provide metrics, ensuring and demonstrating that all campaigns are implemented correctly and running profitably Create supporting sales collateral and marketing scripts as needed. Proof new and existing content for relevance and impact Drive the follow-up and communication with prospects via sales team through CRM data and anecdotal feedback. Supporting sales-led events such as breakfasts, lunch-and-learns, tradeshows, and other events Be the ambassador for the brand, internally and externally Lead the companys team in events. Accurate project management in areas such as trade shows, seminars, sales support, analysis and market research, social media, and partner/channel marketing Track competitor growth in regions, product lines, market segments and channels. Identify relevant trade shows and/or industry events, develop necessary collateral/materials and attend as appropriate At all times adhere to and maintain the Client's brand Desired Skills and Experience: The candidate should have a proven track record of success with field marketing, digital marketing and overall marketing experience, ideally in the BPM space. Marketing creativity and business accountability are also necessary. Specific projects will vary and assignments may change rapidly in response to the immediate needs of the businesses. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet continual deadlines with excellent execution. Bachelors degree in marketing, business or similar field preferred 3+ years field marketing management in the B2B enterprise software field Profound understanding of value-marketing, customer segmentation, and market analysis. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate and influence at all levels across internal and external stakeholders Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently. Resourcefulness in solving problems Strong computer skills Strong work ethic Strong leadership and excellent cross-group collaboration skills Ability to clearly formulate issues and recommendations to solve highly unstructured marketing challenges Experience building process and implementing to suit specific business challenges Passion for great creative and innovative media Strong communication skills and solid understanding of Marketing disciplines, field, brand, digital content, media, advertising and PR.
