Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: * Working collaboratively with development team, product specialists and regulatory personnel to test the application specifications that conform to existing architecture * Work closely with development to create the script for automated testing on every user stories and releases * Comply with standards and strategies of the software development life cycle * Candidate will be able to communicate the process to both business and IT leadership * Analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives * Ability to document a comprehensive test plan and be able to demo the test result * Ability to write test cases and execute testing within a web/windows environment * Plan, document, evaluate and track testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or HS diploma / GED with 5+ years work experience * 3+ year experience with automated testing tools and automation scripting * 3+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer * 3+ years of release management / regression testing experience * 3+ year experience with SQL Query and Schema * 2 + year Experience with Visual Studio and C# * 2 + year Experience with Scrum / Agile development model Preferred Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to document a comprehensive Test Plan * Ability to engage with distributed team members seamlessly * Ability to switch between manual and automated testing as required * Healthcare Industry Knowledge * HTML5 Technology Careers with Optum .
