In this Senior Rightfax Engineer role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of Designs, and you will demonstrate and apply knowledge of enterprise facsimile architecture and standards. You will also be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and the components required to support it and the integration of corporate and technical architectures and applications. Primary Responsibilities: * You will assess and interpret customer needs and requirements * You will be involved in solving complex problems and/or conduct complex analysis on facsimile business requirements * You will provide escalation support for operations on difficult issues - and vendor escalation as required * You will coach, provide feedback, and guide operations and engineering * You will maintain knowledge of current infrastructure and strategic roadmaps * You will identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems * You will incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs that exceed business expectations * You will support applicable modeling efforts (e.g., data modeling, process modeling, hardware modeling, and performance modeling) * You will provide oversight of conceptual designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance (e.g., principles, policies, standards, future-state reference architectures) * You will maintain awareness of current technology assets, and the applicability and capability of each * You will be responsible for maintaining awareness of current business and industry issues/trends and incorporate into enterprise architecture designs as appropriate * Acts as a subject matter expert to guide and provide escalation support for the operations team * Responsible for mentoring operations staff * Responsible for gathering business requirements and aligning fax architecture to those requirements * Establishes fax criteria based on business, compliance, risk reduction and use case * Recommends configuration, improvements, upgrades and/or purchases Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of Information Technology Architecture Analysis experience * 5+ years of experience building Rightfax 10.x environments * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Agile methodology * Proficiency in SCOM 2012 * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) * Health care industry experience * Enterprise Rightfax architecture experience * Telecom experience * Experience or certifications related to non-IT disciplines, such as ITIL, Six Sigma, Kanban and Agile Technology Careers with Optum.
