SUMMARY Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations the Sales Operations Analyst will be the primary point of contact for the Sales and Marketing Management teams to support sales planning & analysis. The team will team will look to the Sales Operations Analyst to support best practices in sales forecasting, reporting, and communications. Support includes assisting in forecasting, quota setting, sales compensation design, CRM maintenance and other functions. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining sales reports, planning, and sales process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills to deliver technical information in an easy to understand manner across all departments in the organization. They will be process oriented, pay close attention to details and have analytical thinking skills. Additionally, this will require in depth knowledge of internal sales and business processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assists in sales forecasting, development of sales quotas, field sales compensation, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization Works closely with Sales team to deliver information required to drive sales strategyMaintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as neededDetermine effective ways to arrange, track, and store information Track and analyze key metrics - quota attainment, customer trends, and ROIEvaluate travel and sample expenses to budget Implements and manages CRM, overviews, and dashboardsCreates and maintains reports highlighting specific metrics of market conditions, customers, sales activities, and campaign analysisEnsure data integrity by policing the entry of company data Ensure sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business Providing central point of contact for all (Customer Information Systems) CIS change requests and system alterationsDevelop presentations that analyze sales and marketing activitiesDevelop methods for integrating different products so they work properly together, such as customizing commercial and internal databases to fit specific needsWorking with I/T to manage CIS project implementation and back-end integrationCreating or updating CIS training manuals, policies, and procedures,Train, coach, and support the employees us who use CIS platforms SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone QUALIFICATIONS Individual must be able to perform each essential duty of this job satisfactorily. Individual should also have the ability to communicate ideas/suggestions for improvement of systems and processes. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree required. A degree in business administration (accounting or finance concentration) preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field sales operations or marketing /sales analysis or administration.Medical Device Experience is a plus. SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIESMust be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.Highly energetic, self-starter, and team player.Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem resolution along with creative thinking skills. Must be able to communicate across many different levels of the organization.Must have the ability to develop strong relationships.Must be analytical and detail oriented, and have the ability to creatively develop new sales analytics and promotions.Well organized, excellent time management; and have the ability to prioritize in a fast- paced self-directed environment.Able to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.Honest, assertive, and systematic.Exceptional knowledge of marketing and sales processes and workflowsStrong project management, data management and support skillsStrong computer skills, especially MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Outlook). Experience with archiving files and database management a plus.Great Plains experience preferredMust be able to learn and master internal computer systems; experience and exposure with CRM is a plus.
