Job Description:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer document processing within the document imaging business unit. This position will work closely with business development, customers and operations to ensure customer needs and expectations are being met. Help create and optimize business processes to improve job function. More specifically this position will: Manage delivery of customer expectations of products, services and improvements. Create and maintain customer dashboards, financial reports and statement of work. Communicate effectively to customers on status of projects, issues and scheduling. Research/troubleshoot customer problems and effectively communicate to operations and customers. Validate completed work from document imaging operations match customer expectations.
